James McKeough has been a research analyst of public and private companies since 1993 at First Marathon Securities, Deans Knight Capital Management, HSBC Asset Management, and Onward Capital until focusing in 2010 on macro behavioral research at Pavilion Global Markets.
In 2019, he received a Masters in Cognitive and Decision Science at University College London, completing a thesis project on the impact of uncertainty language on investment decision-making.
Marjorie Hirsch

Marjorie Hirsch has worked in finance and compliance for over 25 years, advising investment managers and financial institutions across global markets. She began her career at Deloitte & Touche in Chicago before holding senior roles at Upshot Marketing and Navigant Consulting, and later spent eight years as CFO and CCO at Carmika Partners LLP.
Since 2017, she has provided advisory services to alternative investment firms, focusing on financial strategy, regulatory alignment, investor due diligence, and governance frameworks. Marjorie holds an M.S. in Accounting from DePaul University, a B.A. in Economics from Williams College, and is a Certified Public Accountant (Illinois, inactive).
